During this Live virtual class, you will learn all about enriched doughs and how to knead, both by hand and on a stand mixer. We'll also teach you how to proof correctly as well as how to add flavor to your dough. At the end of this class, you'll have a freshly baked pumpkin challah, lightly sweeter and topped with deliciously crunchy pumpkin seeds.
