During this Live virtual class, you will learn all about enriched doughs and how to knead by hand and on a stand mixer. We'll teach you how to proof correctly and how to add flavor to your dough. At the end of this class, you'll have a delicious pan de muerto, a traditional buttery and pillowy bread with a hint of orange zest, and Ceylan cinnamon that we make to celebrate the Day of the Death.
