During this Live virtual class, you will learn all about enriched doughs and how to knead, both by hand and on a stand mixer. We'll also teach you all you need to know about how to proof correctly. At the end of this class, you'll be baking freshly made conchas, one of the most traditional (and delicious) baked goods we eat in Mexico. A pillowy bread with a crunchy sugary top.
For this class, we'll make our signature pink vanilla conchas with Mascarpone cream.
